These terms govern access to the website devplatformx.digital and the employment consulting services offered by DevPlatform X for nurses and care professionals seeking recruitment guidance in Germany.

By using this website or requesting a consultation, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book services.

Services

DevPlatform X provides advisory consultations, document review guidance, interview coaching, and relocation briefings related to nursing and care employment in Germany. We do not guarantee job placement, visa approval, or recognition decisions by any authority. We do not provide regulated legal representation unless a separate written engagement expressly states otherwise.

Accounts and requests

Information you submit through forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for safeguarding documents you upload or email and for obtaining consent before sharing third-party personal data.

Intellectual property

Website text, visual design, and original guides are owned by DevPlatform X or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. You retain ownership of documents you provide; we use them only to deliver the requested consultation.

Payments

Consultation fees are described on the rates page and confirmed before work begins. This website does not process online checkout. Invoices are settled by the payment method agreed in correspondence. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevPlatform X is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on general website information or from third-party decisions (employers, recognition authorities, language examiners, or immigration offices). Our aggregate liability for a paid consultation is limited to the fees paid for that consultation, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the applicable jurisdiction for Schleswig-Holstein shall have competence where permitted by law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
