Refund policy

This policy applies to paid consultations offered by DevPlatform X — pathway planning, recognition document review, interview coaching, and relocation briefings for nurses and care professionals seeking employment in Germany.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when a booked consultation has not been delivered and cancellation rules below are met. Informational website content is free and not refundable.

Timeframe

Cancel or reschedule by emailing hello@devplatformx.digital at least 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund of prepaid consultation fees, or a free reschedule to a new slot within three months.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund: Cancellation at least 48 hours before the session, or if we cancel and you decline a replacement slot.
• Partial refund (50%): Cancellation between 48 and 12 hours before the session, unless we waive the fee for documented emergencies at our discretion.
• No refund: Cancellation within 12 hours, no-shows, or sessions already completed.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs you pay directly — sworn translations, language exam fees, apostille charges, travel, or authority application fees — are never refunded by DevPlatform X. Deposits held for custom document-review retainers become non-refundable once annotated review work has started, except where required by mandatory consumer law.

Work already started

If you cancel after we have begun pre-session document review for a pathway or recognition consultation, we may invoice for hours already spent at the agreed rate and refund only the unused balance.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed when requested at least 48 hours in advance. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee of €25.

No-shows

If you miss a live session without notice, the fee is forfeited. A new booking requires a new payment.

Refund process and timing

Email refund requests with your name, booking date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add several days.

Method

Refunds use the same method as payment (for example bank transfer). We do not issue cash refunds at the office.
