This policy explains how DevPlatform X processes personal data when you use devplatformx.digital or request employment consulting related to nursing and care recruitment in Germany.

Data we collect

• Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided, preferred region).
• Consultation details (selected service, message content, preferred dates).
• Documents you voluntarily send for review (diplomas, CVs, authority letters).
• Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when required for security and basic analytics, subject to your cookie choice.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver consultations, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Legal bases include Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/pre-contract steps), Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in secure operations), Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligations), and Art. 6(1)(a) where consent is required (for example optional analytics cookies).

Retention

Enquiry messages without a booked consultation are typically retained up to 12 months. Client files for delivered consultations are retained as required for tax and professional records (commonly up to 10 years for invoicing documents). You may request earlier deletion where no legal retention duty applies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with IT hosting providers under processing agreements, with accountants for invoicing, or with authorities when legally required. Employer introductions occur only with your instruction.

International transfers

If tools store data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and complementary measures as appropriate.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable, and you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a German data protection supervisory authority.
