Who this is for
International nurses and care professionals who want to work in Germany and need a clear sequence for Anerkennung (recognition of foreign qualifications), German language readiness, visa timing, and introductions to clinics or care homes that hire Pflegefachkräfte.
What you receive
- Review of your diploma, transcripts, and any prior recognition decisions from a German authority
- Assessment of German language level against typical B1/B2 expectations for bedside roles
- A written pathway plan covering recognition steps, document checklist, and realistic timelines for your federal state of interest

What is not included
We do not issue visas, file Anerkennung applications on your behalf as a legal representative, or guarantee a job offer. Translation of official documents and exam fees for language or knowledge tests remain your responsibility unless separately agreed.
How the consultation works
- You send copies of your diploma, CV, and a brief note on preferred regions (for example Hamburg metropolitan area, Schleswig-Holstein, or Berlin) before the call.
- We meet for about 90 minutes by video or at our Reinbek office by appointment.
- Within three business days you receive a written pathway summary with next actions ordered by priority.
Duration and delivery
The live session lasts approximately 90 minutes. Delivery is remote or in person in Reinbek, Schleswig-Holstein. Follow-up clarification emails within two weeks of the summary are included.
Preparation
Have scans of your nursing diploma, any apostille or legalisation, employment references, and a honest self-assessment of your German listening and speaking. If you already started an Anerkennung file, bring the authority correspondence.
Pricing basis
From €180 for the pathway consultation. Additional document review hours or employer introduction support are quoted separately on the rates page.
