Preparation

Documents to gather before your first employment consulting call

Organised paperwork folders on a wooden table

A first consultation moves faster when both sides can see the same facts. You do not need a perfect dossier — you need honest materials.

Bring or upload

  • Nursing diploma and transcript (scans are fine for the first meeting)
  • Passport bio page and any current residence title
  • Language certificates or a note on courses in progress
  • Two employment references or a service certificate (Arbeitszeugnis) if you already worked in Germany
  • Any letter you already received from a recognition authority

Write down three preferences

Name preferred federal states, preferred setting (hospital, Reha, Pflegeheim), and earliest realistic start month. Vague “anywhere in Germany” answers slow employer matching later.

Questions worth asking us

Ask which steps are sequential versus parallel — for example, whether language study can run alongside document legalisation. Ask what usually delays files for candidates from your training country.

Ready to begin? Request a consultation and attach what you already have; incomplete packs are normal, and we will tell you what to prioritise next.
