Bring or upload
- Nursing diploma and transcript (scans are fine for the first meeting)
- Passport bio page and any current residence title
- Language certificates or a note on courses in progress
- Two employment references or a service certificate (Arbeitszeugnis) if you already worked in Germany
- Any letter you already received from a recognition authority
Write down three preferences
Name preferred federal states, preferred setting (hospital, Reha, Pflegeheim), and earliest realistic start month. Vague “anywhere in Germany” answers slow employer matching later.
Questions worth asking us
